Here are some answers to questions we hear frequently.
Are your bagels sourdough?
Our bagels are prepared using a sourdough starter, and baked using a process that makes us wait 3 days before we can eat them.
What makes your bagel different?
All of our bagels are made from the highest quality high protein (gluten) flour, filtered water, yeast, local Arizona honey, and kosher salt. After we roll our bagels, they go to sleep overnight in the cooler to become awesome. After they wake up the next day, they are boiled in a mixture of filtered water, local Arizona honey, and molasses to absolute chewy perfection.
How do I buy your bagels?
We currently sell bagels through Gilbert Farmers Markets, our partners such as Culture Clash Yogurt, and pickups at our home in South Chandler.
I want bagels NOW. Can I pick up same day?
Unfortunately, not right now. Based on our process we require 48 hours notice for all non-market orders. Follow us on Instagram @rollandrisebagels for amazing bagel deals or contact us by email at orders@rollandrisebagels.com to start a custom order!
Where's your storefront?
We are a fully licensed and insured cottage bakery. We do not have a brick & mortar. (Yet!)
Find us every Saturday at the Gilbert Farmer's Market 8a-12pm (summer hours start in May, 7a-11a). Pickup on Tuesdays in South Chandler (located near Chandler Heights Rd. & Gilbert Rd.)

Are your bagels vegan and gluten free?
Definitely NOT. Our bagels get their bagely goodness from gluten, and we use local Arizona honey in all of our bagels, as well as in the boil solution.
We do hope to offer a gluten friendly item for our Celiac & GF community soon ♡︎
I have allergies, what should I order?
Our bakery processes bagels that may come into contact with the following allergens: wheat, dairy, eggs, sesame, honey, cornmeal, and sometimes tree nuts
Our bakery is not gluten free or vegan.
We ♡︎ Gluten (but we still ♡︎ you even if you don't).
Why are your pickups different from the market?
At the market we bake large batches of weekly flavors to serve lots of people efficiently. Home pickups are baked to order and fully customizable, but "fancy bagels" with mix-ins have minimum order requirements because our mixers require a certain amount of dough to run properly.
